Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have questions about your invoice or payment options, our team is happy to help.
Processing Fees
To keep our fees fair and our care accessible, we pass along only the third-party processing costs for certain payment types:
- Credit cards: 3% processing fee
- CareCredit: 5% processing fee
There is no processing fee for cash, check, or debit card payments.
Why these fees?
Card processors and financing providers charge transaction fees to the clinic. Sharing these exact costs allows us to maintain high standards of care without raising medical service prices for everyone.
Using CareCredit
CareCredit is a healthcare financing option that can make larger veterinary expenses more manageable.
If you choose CareCredit at checkout, the 5% processing fee will be added by our system. Please review your CareCredit terms for promotional period details and minimum payments.
