New Client Referral Program

The Doctors and staff at Andrews Veterinary Hospital are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine along with friendly, compassionate service.  We take great pride in treating every patient as if they were our own pets and giving them the same loving attention and care. While many veterinarian hospitals are experiencing staff shortages,  we are in a fortunate position in which we have the staff, the technology, and the time to help more animals.  It is our goal to help as many animals in our community as possible, and that’s where our referral program comes in!

If you are an existing AVH client who has benefited from our services, and you know a friend whose pet would also thrive under our care, please spread the word and refer them to AVH! As a token of our appreciation, we will gladly add a $15 credit to your account. Likewise, your friend will receive $15 off of their pet’s initial veterinary exam.  Refer as many friends as you would like and receive a $15 credit each time, there is no limit to the number of new client referrals you can receive. It’s our way of saying ‘thank you!

We have some raving fans and want to be able to reward you for spreading the word about Andrews Veterinary Hospital.  In order to make sure you receive the referral credit, please print off (or pick up a referral card from the AVH front desk), and fill out your information.  Please make sure to let your friend know to bring the card with them and notify the front desk that they were referred by you. 

 

The Andrews Veterinary Hosptial Referral Program Works Like This:

If you refer a new client to us, they will receive $15 OFF their first veterinary exam, AND we will happily give you a $15 credit on your account which can be used toward any veterinary service we offer!

Get your client referral discount today! Simply download the referral card or pick up a few cards from our front desk and pass them out to as many people as you like—friends, family members, neighbors—anyone! Be sure to fill in your name on the card so you receive your credit!

In order to make sure both you and your friend receive $15 off! Before your friend’s first visit:

  1. Print the referral coupon and share it with the friend you are referring
  2. Instruct your friend to complete the necessary fields with your information, so our reception team can find you in our system.
  3. Ask your friend to bring the completed referral coupon with them to their pet’s first visit
  4. Remind your friend to mention the Referral Program card to our reception staff when scheduling their first visit.

      1. Following your friend’s first visit, a $15 account credit will be added to your account as well.

        There is no limit to how many referral credits you can give so please share the word about how much you and your pets enjoy the care you receive at Andrews Veterinary Hospital.

         

        ****The Fine Print- the $15 referral credit only is granted following a new client’s initial veterinary exam.  The purchase of products, nail trims, baths, etc is excluded.  The $15 account credit that is given to the existing client/referrer can be applied to any bill at Andrews Veterinary Hospital.
